摘要
多刚体系统动力学是近二十年发展起来的力学新分支。本文利用该领域中的R-W方法来建立一种适用于各式独立悬架空间运动分析的通用方法。全文分两部分:第(一)部分对可简化为树形多体系统的单臂悬架,推导出了运动学关系式并给出了相应的计算程序及计算实例;第(二)部分对可简化为闭环多体系统的双横臂、滑柱摆臂式等悬架,采用假想切除铰链的方法将其化为树形系统,然后补充约束方程得到运动学封闭解。应用的实际结果表明,用此程序进行汽车悬架运动分析,所得结果精确、计算迅速,可方便地进行悬架设计方案的比较和参数的选择。
Multi-body system dynamics has been developed into a new branch ofthe mechanics since the last two decades. This paper provides a generalmethod of spatial kinematic analysis for various independent suspensionsystems based on R-W method. In the first part of this paper, a swing arm independent suspension withtree structure was simplified and its kinematice xpressions as well as its cor-responding computer program and examples are given; In the second part,wishbone and McPherson independent suspensions with closed loop systems aresimplified using cutting off hinges imaginarily into tree structure systems,For compensation of the hinge cutting, constraint equations are added andfinally closed form solution are obtained. Results have proved that this program for kinematic analysis to be accura-te, fast and convenient in comparison and selection of suspension designparameters.
