东菱精纯克栓酶对高粘血症患者血流变的影响

The Observation of the Effect by Batroxobin on Blood Rheology of Patients with Hyperviscosity

目的观察东菱精纯克栓酶对高粘血症患者血液流变学的影响，并探讨其影响机制。方法用东菱精纯克栓酶治疗２８例高粘血症患者。结果东菱精纯克栓酶能明显地降低血粘度，表现为全血粘度、血浆比粘度、全血还原粘度及纤维蛋白原水平降低。结论东菱精纯克栓酶通过降低高粘血症患者血粘度而起治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Batroxobin on blood rheology in patients with hyperviscosity of blood and to explore its mechanism Methods 28 patients with blood hyperviscosity were treated with Batroxobin injection Results Batroxobin significantly reduced the blood viscosity, characterized by decrease of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity, whole blood reduction viscosity and fibrinogen level Conclusion Batroxobin possesses beneficial therapeutic effects in reducing the blood viscosity of hyperviscosity patients
