摘要
目的评价高压氧治疗颅脑外伤的疗效。方法其中20例行常规治疗（常规组），41例在常规治疗基础上采用高压氧治疗（高压氧组）。结果高压氧组显效35例，有效6例，好转率100％，平均住院日52．3d。而对照组显效9例，有效5例，好转率90％，平均住院日73日。高压氧组在治愈率，认知功能对照比较两者均有显著性差别（P〉0．05）。结论高压氧治疗颅脑外伤致精神障碍有较好疗效。
Objective： To study the treatment ofcraniocerebral injury inducing Mental disorders with high HPO. Methods： Devided patients into two groups randomly. The study group was given HPO with common treating, and the controlled group with only common treating. Results： 35 cases were significantly effective, 6 cases effective, and average hospitalization days was 52.3d in study group, composed with 9 cases significantly effective, 5 cases effective, and 73 d in controlled group. Conclusion： The treatment for craniocerebral injury inducing Mental disorders with high pressure oxygen is effective.
