伊斯兰思想家阿尔法拉比的"第二导师"之名,表明他的思想源于"第一导师"亚里士多德,但这仅仅是时代的需要而已。美国学者科尔莫错误地认为阿尔法拉比不是古希腊思想的传人,而是现代思想的开启人。阿尔法拉比实为柏拉图思想的继承者。

The title ＂the Second Teacher＂ of Islamic thinker al-Fārābīindicates that his thought originates from the ＂the First Teacher＂ Aristotle,though it is only a need of that time.Colmo mistakingly refuses that al-Fārābīis an intellectual heir of ancient Greek thought,but reckons him as the founder of modern thought.In fact,al-Fārābīis a successor of Plato＇s thought.
