针刺联合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床观察

The clinical observation on effect of pinprick combined with massage in treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis

目的:探讨针刺联合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床效果和安全性。方法:将80例肩周炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用针刺联合推拿治疗,对照组采用常规封闭治疗,观察和比较两组患者症状及体征改变情况。结果:治疗组有效率和治愈率分别为87.50%和67.50%,对照组为67.50%和45.00%,两组之间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合推拿治疗肩周炎临床效果良好,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of pinprick combined with massage in treatment of periarthritis humeroseapularis. Methods： 80 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis were divided randomly into the intervention group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases） , the patients are treated by pinprick combined with massage in the intervention group, the patients are treated by local injection in the control group, the clinical symptoms were recorded and then compared the effect of them. Results： The total effective rate and clinical cure rate of intervention group respectively was 87.50% and 67.50%, 67.50% and 45.00% of control group, there were significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The pinprick combined with massage has a favorable therapeutic effect, quick and easy on scapulohumeral periarthritis, it is worth promoting the application.
