一种快速鉴定重组转化子的方法

RAPID IDENTIFICAGION OF RECOMBINANT DNA

对于重组DNA的鉴定往往需要两至三天甚至更长的时间。尤其是对那些既无筛选标志，插入DNA片段又与原载体大小差别甚大的重组转化子的鉴定，更加耗时费力。该研究利用PCR方法，建立了一种从转化子菌落中直接鉴定重组DNA的方法，使这一过程缩短为半天，减少了不必要的人力和物力耗费。

To iderntify recombinant DNA usually takes more than two or three days. When the in sert DNA fragment is quite smaller than the vector. it is more difficult to identify the recom binant DNA. In this paper we have identified recombinant DNA within four hours by PCR directly from transfomants.
