精浆中性α-糖甘酶与其它精液参数的回归分析

Regression Analysis of Neutral α- Glucosidase and Other Parameters of Human Semen

应用回归分析方法研究五种精液参数与中性α-糖甘酶的关系，结果表明：除中性α-糖甘酶和快速前向精子活力间无回归关系外，中性α-糖甘醇和精液pH、精液量、精子密度、前向精子活力之间均有回归关系，且这种关系多数用曲线回归描述更为确切．在多元曲线回归分析中发现，在固定pH的情况下，α-糖甘酶活性、总活性和前向精子活力呈线性正相关（分别P＜0.01，P＜0.001），说明附睾对于获得前向精子活力的重要性依然是肯定的.

The method of regression analysis was applied to study relationship between seminal neutral α- glucosidase and five seminal parameters, with exception between seminal α- glucosidase and rapid progressive sperm motility,there were significant curvilinear regression relationships between seminal α-glucosidase and pH,volume,sperm concentration,progressive sperm motility(P<0.01 or P<0.05).In multiple curvilinear regression analysis,when pH was fixed,there was significant linear correlation between α-glucosidase activity(mU/ml,total activity (mU/total) and progressive sperm motility (P<0.01 and P < 0. 001,respectively).Epididymides are important for sperms acquiring progressive motility.
