摘要
采用不同的丙烯酸酯单体,应用溶液聚合方法制得了不同性质的丙烯酸酯共聚物,并以该类丙烯酸酯共聚物制得偏光片用压敏胶,探讨了对压敏胶性能产生影响的各种因素。得到初粘性、剥离强度较佳的偏光片用丙烯酸酯压敏胶。
A kind of acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive for polarizing plate was prepared by baking the acrylic composition which comprises the acrylic copolymers synthesized with different acrylate monmers by solution copolymerization and the solvents. The main influence factors of pressure-sensitive adhesive performance were studied. The obtaining adhesive can provided satisfactory teckness and peeling strength when applied to polarizing plates.
