摘要 研制了一种酚醛-橡胶型底胶,探讨了主要组分对底胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,以n:n:n=2.25:1:0.1,在65℃/3h合成的甲阶酚醛树脂具有高羟基含量,能满足底胶主体甲醛苯酚氢氧化钾树脂要求;当该酚醛树脂100质量份、氯化橡胶60~80份、硅烷偶联剂10~15份、钛白粉30~35份时底胶具有较高强度,扯离强度4.0MPa以上,剥离强度3.0kN/m以上,且试件破坏形式主要为橡胶内聚破坏。该底胶作为单涂层胶粘剂可实现极性橡胶与金属的热硫化粘接,与相适应的面胶配合构成的双涂层胶接体系还可实现非极性橡胶与金属或复合材料的热硫化粘接,目前已在金属橡胶粘接领域获得了应用。 A resole-rubber primer was prepared and the effect of basic constituents on primer properties was discussed. The results showed that resole resin synthesized when the molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol to KOH is 2.25 : 1 : 0.1 and the condensation reaction lasts 3 hours at ( 65 ±2 ) ℃ contains large number of hydromethyl groups and can meet the requirement of primer preparation, and the primer made of 100phr resole above, 60 - 80 phr CN1K, 10~15 phr KH-560 and 30~35phr TiO2 powder has good mechanical properties, the tearing strength reached 4.0 MPa or more, the 180~ peeling strength was over 3.0 kN/m and the failure mode ofmost bond test specimens was rubber cohesive failure. The primer used as single-coating adhesive has good adhesion for polar rubber to metals, double-coating bond system comprised of the primer and top-coating adhesive can meet the needs of bonding of nonpolar rubber to metals or resin matrix composites, it had been widely used in rubber to metal bonding field.
