摘要
以L-酪氨酸为原料,经过羧基酯化、氨基保护、还原、关环、聚合等6步反应得到了结构新颖的手性助剂——线型聚苯乙烯(NCPS)支载(4S)-[4″-(4′-(4-乙烯基苄氧基)苄氧基)苄基]-1,3-噁唑烷酮.中间产物用IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,元素分析等方法进行了结构表征,波谱解析结果与化合物结构相符合.
A new chiral auxiliary,non-cross-linked polystyrene(NCPS) supported(4S)-[4″-(4′-(4-vinyl benzyloxy) benzyloxy) benzyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one was synthesized using L-tyrosine as initiating material by six steps contained carboxy esterification,amino protected,reduction,cyclization,polymerization,etc.All the intermediates were characterized by IR,1H NMR,^13C NMR.The spectrum results were consistent with the molecular structure.
