摘要
协议离婚制度是婚姻法中的一项重要制度,在现实生活中发挥着不可替代的作用,但该项制度存在协议离婚标准过于笼统、原则;子女利益保护不完善等问题,日益显示诸多缺陷。对协议离婚制度存在的这些问题应在立法上予以完善。
The contract divorce is an important system in our civil law. It has made a key role in our society. But the law also has its disadvantages such as the standard of divorce is easy and dead; childrens benfits also could bedefect in the law. To improve the law is very necessary.
