高压变频技术在合肥二电厂应用与分析

摘要 本文阐述了高压变频技术在中外合资合肥第二发电厂的应用,针对现有设备和要求对原有引风逻辑修改并增加新的变频控制方案设计。详细介绍了引风机变频改造后自动控制的实施,炉膛负压控制逻辑的修改,简述了合肥第二发电厂本次改造的应用水平,并对节能效果进行简要的分析。 In this paper, application of high-voltage frequency conversion technology in the Second Sinoforeign Joint Venture in Hefei Power Plant is expounded, and in view of the existing equipment and requirements the original induced draft logic is changed and new frequency conversion control scheme design is added. The implementation of automatic control and the changes of furnace pressure control logic after induced draft fan transformation frequency are introduced. The application level of Hefei No. 2 Power Plant transformation and the result of reduce energy cost are analyzed.
