Application of Programmable Logic Controller in the Production Line of Yolk Pie

本文通过分析蛋黄派生产线的生产要求,设计出自动控制生产线解决方案,通过XCP-Pro软件编写程序,并在TouchWin编程环境下建立操作界面,把程序和人机界面有机结合起来,从而形成一条自动化生产流水线,方便操作和自动化生产。

This paper analyzes production requirements of the yolk pie production line, and designs automation solutions for production line. The program is written through the XCPPro software, and under programming environment TouchWin, the interface is established to combine the program with human -machine interface, thereby forming an automatic production line for easy operation and automated production.
