摘要
经过调研谷城县、南漳县20家乡镇卫生院,了解到乡镇卫生院急需大专层次的临床医学、护理专业毕业生,要求他们不仅具备基本的职业能力,还要具备踏实的敬业精神,吃苦耐劳意志,沟通合作能力。提示高职院校要鼓励学生到基层就业,加强人文素质教育,根据基层医院岗位需要设置课程及教学内容。
The countryside hospital is developing fast after the implementing the medicine health system reform, and needs the health technical personnel. After investigating and researching 20 countryside hospitals in Gucheng county and Nanzhang county, we understand that the countryside hospital needs college graduates majored in clinical medicine and nursing. The graduates are expected to have the basic professional ability, diligence, ability of communication and cooperation.
