摘要
听评课是高职英语课堂教学最常用的评价方式,本文旨在从听评课制度的评价目的、评价标准及反馈环节三方面加以探讨,以期使听评课能更好地发挥其导向功能,真正促进教师的自我反思,有效提高课堂教学质量。
Viewing and evaluating lessons are common means in vocational schools to evaluate English classroom teaching. This paper aims to review the system of viewing and evaluating lessons in terms of its purpose, index and feedback, in order to make it more facilitative in the promotion of teaching introspection and teaching quality.
