摘要 本文介绍了在492QA型汽油机上燃用纯甲醇的研究。通过改进原机的燃烧室结构和提高压缩比(从7.2到9.5),以及改变化油器喉管的流通截面,进行了发动机性能试验,并测取了示功图。试验结果表明,发动机燃用纯甲醇时,性能良好,运转稳定,功率和扭矩指标达到了原机水平。在外特性的整个转速范围内。甲醇的燃料消耗率(按重量计)为原机燃用汽油时的1.51—1.69倍。最高有效热效率达34.9%,比原汽油机提高32.7%。 This paper describes an investigation of burning pure methanol in a492QA gasoline engine by modifying the combustion chamber structure,raising the compression ratio from 7.2 up to 9.5, and varying the cross se-ctional area of the carburetor throats. The experimental results show thatwhen burning pure methanol, the engine gives good performance and ste-ady operation. Both the power output and torque have reached the samelevels as those of the original gasoline engine. The specific fuel comsum-ption by weight throughout the engine speed range at full throttle is 1.51-1.69 times as much as that when burning gasoline in the original engine.The highest brake thermal efficiency reaches 34.9% which is 32.7% higherthan that of the original gasoline engine.
