摘要
与汽车车身设计有关的人体特征点通常指的是眼睛、头顶点及胯部、膝部和胃部上的一些特殊点。驾驶员以自己的意愿将座椅调整到适意位置、并以正常驾驶姿势入坐后,人体上的这些特征点在车身坐标系(或某特定的坐标系)中的位置可以通过摄影法测得。测得的数据经数理统计处理后,可以查明这些特征点的分布图形。将图形制成样板便可作为车身设计的工具。因此,人体特征点分布规律的研究在汽车驾驶室或乘员室空间设计规范的制订中起着重要的作用。它可以提供人机工程学的依据。本文试图借国外已有的研究结果来说明人体特征点分布的研究方法及它与驾驶室空间设计之间的关系,以求对我国即将开展的这项研究有所参考。
Driver's eyes, H point and some special points on head, knee and sto-mach are defined as the characterestic points. When sitting in thier seatsin their selected positions, drivers can be photographed and coordinatedata of these special points in vehicle body system can be gathered. Usingstatistical technique, contour locations of these special points can be iden-tified. These results will provide drawing tools and a criterion for vehiclebody design based on human factors. This paper will introduce the method for determining the contours andthe relations between the contours locations and driver workspace designbased on some results of foreign country, as a reference line for our rese-arch on this subject.
