利多卡因对人中性粒细胞^3H—LPS特异性结合量的影响

THE EFFECTS OF LIDOCAINE ON SPECIFIC BINDING OF 3 H LPS TO HUMAN NEUTROPHILS

目的：探讨利多卡因对人中性粒细胞３Ｈ－ＬＰＳ特异性结合量的影响。方法：用放射配基结合法测量３Ｈ标记的ＬＰＳ与中性粒细胞的特异性结合量。结果３Ｈ－ＬＰＳ与中性粒细胞的特异性结合量随３Ｈ－ＬＰＳ的增加而增加，当３Ｈ－ＬＰＳ浓度增加到８ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ时，中性粒细胞与３Ｈ－ＬＰＳ的特异性结合基本达到饱和程度。当加入５０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ利多卡因时，３Ｈ－ＬＰＳ与中性粒细胞的特异性结合量显著降低。

Objective: To investigate effect of lidocaine on specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils. Methods: The specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils was examined by radioligand binding assay. Results: the specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils increased with concentration of 3 H LPS, when concentration of 3 H LPS was increased to 8 nmol/L. The specific binding of 3 H LPS to human neutrophils was saturable gradually. By treatment with 50 mmol/L lidocaine, the specific binding of 3 H LPS was reduced significantly. Conclusion: lidocaine inhibits binding of LPS to human neutrophils.
