摘要
本文论述了旨在降低AX-100型摩托车的噪声的试验研究。通过机场上的行车试验,识别了整车的主要噪声源为发动机;通过在消声室内的台架试验,识别了发动机的主要噪声源为排气。通过排气消声器的改进,在不影响整车动力性、经济性和制造成本的前提下,使整车行驶噪声达到国家优等水平。
An experimental study on noise reduction of AX-100 motorcycle is pr- esented. Major noise source of motorcycle was distinguished to be its en-gine through vehicle on-road tests in a runway of a airport, and majornoise source of the engine was distinguished to be the exhaust flow th-rough engine dynamometer test in an anechoic room. Exhaust silencer wasimproved and the on-road acceleration noise emission of AX-100 motorcy-cle was reduced to the level corresponding to that of the national high-class products without deterioration of its power and fuel economy.
