摘要 本文报道日本血吸虫童虫培养细胞的超微结构。透射电镜下,日本血吸虫童虫的培养细胞可分为圆颗粒形、鞭毛形、三角扇形、多角形和不规则形等,其中以圆颗粒形为主;它们一般呈高核质比例,核多呈圆形或椭圆形,异染色质常聚集成块状;胞质中含有丰富的游离核糖体、散在的线粒体,还有内质网、糖原颗粒等;不同组织来源的培养细胞按其各自的特征,可划分为生殖细胞、焰细胞、神经细胞、肥大细胞、肌肉细胞。 Ultrastructure of cultured cells from schistosomula Schistosoma japonicum was observed under electron microscope.Several types of cells,e.g.round granular cells,flagellated cells,deltaic fan cells,polygonal cells and elliptical cells were determined.Among them,the round granular cells took the vast majority.The cultured cells had a high ratio of nucleus to cytoplasm.Nuclei were round or elliptical.Heterochromatin was often lumpish.There were abundant ribosomes,scattered mitochondria,and some endoplamic reticula and glycogen granules in cytoplasm.According to the characteristics of cultured cells from different tissue sources,the cells could be divided into germ cells,flame cells,nerve cells,mast cells,muscle cells and multinucleate subtegumental cells.
