多重感染来源的两株熊蜂短膜虫(Crithidia bombi)在其宿主体内增殖的实验 被引量:1

摘要 利用自然界多重感染来源的两株熊蜂短膜虫(Crithidiabombi)对熊蜂宿主(Bombusterestris)进行了感染实验。经过对宿主排泄物中熊蜂短膜虫A、B两株及AB混合株的细胞计数和分析,发现宿主排泄物中熊蜂短膜虫、A、B两株的细胞数具有明显差异。熊蜂短膜虫能在自然界中为区域性流行,不需媒介传播,增殖数量株间的差异将导致其在宿主体内的竞争和传播率的不同。虽然两株的增殖数量具有明显差异,但在自然界却普遍存在着两株共存的现象。结果提示,两株熊蜂短膜虫在同一宿主体内,它们的一些生物性指标可能发生交换。 Two strains of Crithidia bombi from natural multiple infection was used to infect to their host bumble bees( Bombus terrestris ).The cell number of A strain,B strain and AB mixed strains in the faeces of host were counted.The results showed that there was significant difference in the cell number between that of A strain and B strain. C.bombi were local epidemic with their bumble bee hosts,the multiple infection were found frequently in the nature,the result implied that there was trade off among some biological index between two strains of C.bombi and they could coexist in the same hosts.
