高职院校“产学研合作”的瓶颈与对策研究

Study on the Bottleneck and Countermeasures of Cooperation of Production,Learning and Research of Higher Vocational Schools

高职院校"产学研合作"的瓶颈主要集中于体制方面、信息不对称以及理论研究不够深入。为此,应构建良好的"产学研合作"运行机制,在资源配置上,要充分发挥市场资源配置作用,加速科学新成果的转化,要充分发挥政府的宏观调控职能,实现资源有效配置,协调三方利益关系,建立有效利益分配机制,同时,要建立引导、推动产学研合作开展的机制并实现管理创新。

The bottleneck of ＂cooperation of production, learning and research＂ of higher vocational schools mainly embody in the aspects of mechanism, information asymmetry and insufficient deepness of theoretical research. Therefore, higher voca- tional schools should build good operation mechanism for cooperation of production, learning and research, fully take advan- tage of collocating resources by market, accelerate the transformation of new scientific outcomes, fully exert the function of macro-adjustment of government to achieve effective collocation of resources, harmonize benefit relationship between the three sides, build effective benefit distribution mechanism, etc.
