农村经纪人培训实施中的矛盾及对策——以重庆市调查为例 被引量:1

摘要 农村经纪人培训实施中存在受训需求量大与培训供给渠道单一的矛盾,从业者整体素质不高与受训意愿不强烈的矛盾,从业者培训需求丰富与培训内容单一的矛盾,以及培训实效亟待提高与培训投入有限的矛盾。建议建立政府指导下的多渠道培训供给体系和培训责任共担机制,进一步完善培训激励措施,以提高培训的针对性,同时要做好培训的评估工作。 There exist the following conflicts in the training of rural brokers:the conflict between huge training demand and singleness of training supply approach, the conflict between low quality of practitioners and their low willingness to accept training, the conflict between various training demand and single training content and the conflict between low training effect and limited investment on training, and the suggestions are: building multi-approach training supply system and contribution mechanism for training responsibility under the guidance of government, further optimizing training inspiration measures and doing well in the work of evaluation to enhance the pertinence of training.
