To achieve the sharing of lifelong learning resources, the solid network of pluralistic lifelong learning resources should be built to carry out comprehensive development and effective integration of educational resources of school, family, community and internet. On the above basis, to boost lifelong learning system construction, the learning resources contained in enterprise and public institutions, social communities and learning organization should be further developed, and the solid lifelong learning resource network should be formed.
