Under the impetus of a series of policies, the Australia government has carried out important reform to the vocational and technical education system, which include the following： establishing the reform direction of developing country by skilling, forming the ability-based, practice-subjected and demand-centered teaching reform clue and putting forward the new idea of establishing ＂skills ecosystem＂, and all the above measures manifested the unique reform clue of aiming at future development, assuring reform stability by gradual reform mode and pursuing overall reformation.
