美国社区学院绩效评价及其对我国高职院校的启示——以北卡罗来纳州为例 被引量:6

摘要 美国社区学院绩效评价指标体系包括学生培养、劳动力开发与培训、多样化的学习需求、教育资源以及教育技术的应用等5个维度共33个指标,其对我国高职院校评价有如下几点启示:进行学院发展性评价,评价主体多元化;关注学生质量培养,重视过程考核和学生满意度;重视劳动力开发与培训,满足不同群体多样化学习需求;重视教育资源的配置,关注资源及技术的有效利用率。 The performance evaluation index system of community college system in North Carolina,USA. Include 5 dimensions and 33 indicators, these are student cultivation, labour force development and training, diversified learning demand and application of educational resources and educational technology, and its enlightenments to the evaluation of higher vocational schools in China are: carrying out development-oriented evaluation and achieving diversity of evaluation subject; paying attention to student quality cultivation and attaching importance to process examination and students' satisfaction degree; emphasizing labour force development and training to meet various learning demand of different groups; stressing on educational resources collocation as well as the effective utilization of resources and technology.
