以未来、社会平等、公众参与和生态环境保护等可持续发展原理为理论基础，提出一个建立持续性指标的方法论框架，试图在多种时空尺度上满足用户的不同要求．
Based on sustainable development principles such as future equity, social equity, public engagement and environment, the paper elaborates a methodological framework of building sustainable indicator systems to meet the requirement of various spatial/temporal scales and of various users.
