摘要
论述了ZJ90/6750DB钻机自动送钻系统的设计思路和研制方法,提出了系统的工作原理、工作过程及控制方法。初步完成了该系统的工艺、硬件及软件的设计方案。特别是针对自动送钻这个时变、时滞和非线性系统及双电机送钻装置,提出了采用模糊控制方法及变频器主从控制方案,有效地解决了系统难以建立准确数学模型和双电机送钻装置的同步性及负荷均匀性等问题,在一定程度上改善了控制效果,对系统的快速性、精确性和稳定性等都有一定程度的提高。
The design ideas and developing methods of oil rig auto -drilling system are demonstrated, and the working principle, working process and control method of the system are proposed. The preliminary design proposal of system technics, software and hardware is completed. The fuzzy control and frequency converter master-slave motors control are also presented on account of the time lag, time variation, nonlinearity system and double motors drilling device. The proposal solves problems effectively, such as the difficulty of establishing accurate mathe-matical model, the synchronicity of the double motors and the load uniformity. It improves the control effect, rapidity , accuracy and stability of the system.
