师生关系:初中生学校适应的支持源

Teacher-Student Relationship:the Support Source of Junior Middle School Students' School Adjustment

师生关系是学生在学校中重要的人际关系,是学生学业、情感等方面的支持源,并在很大程度上影响学生的学校适应状态。目前我国初中生的师生关系状况不容乐观:师生情感距离疏远,师生关系的质量随年级增长呈下降趋势。为了使中学生师生关系得到改善,教师在教育中应发挥主动性,增加有效的师生沟通,并在此基础上根据学生的特点进行因材施教。

Teacher-student relationship is an important relationship for students at school.It is a support source of students＇ study and emotion and so on,and it also influences students＇ school adjustment.Nowadays the quality of the teacher-student relationship in junior high schools in our country is not promising：the emotional distance between teacher and students is distance and the relationship quality declines with grades increasing.To improve the teacher-student relationship,teachers should behave actively,communicate with students effectively and teach students in accordance with students＇ aptitude.
