摘要 师生关系是学生在学校中重要的人际关系,是学生学业、情感等方面的支持源,并在很大程度上影响学生的学校适应状态。目前我国初中生的师生关系状况不容乐观:师生情感距离疏远,师生关系的质量随年级增长呈下降趋势。为了使中学生师生关系得到改善,教师在教育中应发挥主动性,增加有效的师生沟通,并在此基础上根据学生的特点进行因材施教。 Teacher-student relationship is an important relationship for students at school.It is a support source of students' study and emotion and so on,and it also influences students' school adjustment.Nowadays the quality of the teacher-student relationship in junior high schools in our country is not promising:the emotional distance between teacher and students is distance and the relationship quality declines with grades increasing.To improve the teacher-student relationship,teachers should behave actively,communicate with students effectively and teach students in accordance with students' aptitude.
