摘要
在高等职业院校专业建设过程中,构建科学、合理的人才培养方案是首要任务。无锡职业技术学院数控技术专业将职业能力培养作为人才培养方案构建的主线,围绕主线设置课程体系,并将顶岗实习作为改革专业人才培养模式的突破口。同时,制订专业人才培养方案的技术路线,使得各项工作得以有序进行。
In the process of specialty construction of higher vocational education,to construct scientific and reasonable talent cultivation plan is the foremost task.In the process of talent cultivation plan construction of numerical control specialty,Wuxi Vocational and Technical College has taken professional ability construction as the main clue,taken post professional training as the breakthrough point and built systemic specialty curriculum system.Various works has been carried out smoothly by making technical clues for talent cultivation plans.
