辛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛患者介入治疗后炎性因子的影响被引量：8

摘要目的研究辛伐他汀对不稳定型心绞痛冠状动脉介入（PCI）治疗术患者高敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、白细胞介素-6（1L-6）的影响。方法选择行冠状动脉介入术治疗的80例不稳定型心绞痛患者，随机分为两组：对照组40例，常规药物治疗1周；辛伐他汀干预组40例，在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀每日40rag治疗l周。分别于药物治疗前、药物治疗后1周及术后24h采集空腹静脉血，测定血清hs．CRP和IL-6浓度。结果药物治疗后，辛伐他汀干预组较对照组血清hs—CRP和IL-6浓度降低更明显（P〈0．05）；辛伐他汀干预组术后m清hs—CRP和IL-6浓度明显低于同期对照组（P〈0．05）。结论冠状动脉介入术增加血清hs-CRp和IL-6水平；辛伐他汀降低不稳定型心绞痛冠心病患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6浓度；辛伐他汀降低冠状动脉介入术后息者血清hs—cRP和IL石水平。
