摘要
目的:为掌握1997年成都市致倦库蚊幼虫对12种杀虫剂的抗性水平,指导合理使用杀虫剂。方法:浸渍法。结果:致倦库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯出现明显抗性,抗性呈上升趋势;对氯菊酯和敌敌畏存在初级抗性;对丙体六六六呈现敏感。结论:抗药性水平的高低与化学杀虫剂用量大小和使用方法及频率高低有密切关系;
We used half lethal dosage and lethal dosage to measure the resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus larva in Chengdu against several insecticide in 1997. The results are as following: Resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus Larva to Deltamethrin showed apparent and tended to ascend; Resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus larva to Permethrin and DDVP were of elementary level; Resistance of Culex quinquefasciatus larva to BHC did not existed; The resistance level was cosely related to the quantily to be used and the frequency of use of chemical insecticide. We should not use Deltamethrin in the near future.
