中医综合疗法治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

Effect of the Integrated Therapy of TCM on Clinical Treatment and Adiponectin of Patients with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver

目的:评价中医综合治疗方案对非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效、肝功能、血脂及脂联素的影响。方法:所有入选患者(72例)随机分成治疗组(36例)和对照组(36例),治疗组采用中医综合治疗方案,对照组采用西医综合治疗方案,治疗2个月。分别观察2组治疗前后临床症状体征、肝功能、血脂、脂联素水平的改变情况。结果:2组患者治疗后其临床症状、体征计分均明显降低,血脂明显下降,肝功能明显改善,脂联素水平明显上升,临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论:中医综合治疗方案是治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的有效方法。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment on non-alcoholic fatty liver through detecting liver function, blood fats, ADPN and so on. Methods：The study adopts strictly designed random comparison method.72 clinical cases confirmed to the accepted standard were enrolled and divided into two groups randomly： the treatment group（36 cases） of non-alcoholic fatty liver which were treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment, while the control group （36 cases） which were treated with integrated modem medicine treatment. Before and after the treatment, clinical symptoms and physical signs and the level of liver function, blood lipid and adiponection （ADPN） were measured. Results： After treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs and the levels of liver function and blood lipid were decreased significantly between the two groups （P〈0.01）; the levels of ADPN were increased significantly between the two groups, and the treatment group were decreased more significantly than the control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusions： The integrated Chinese medicine treatment is an effective therapy for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.
