摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定附子理中丸(浓缩丸)中甘草酸含量的方法。方法:采用Phenomenex C18柱,乙腈-醋酸(1→15)(39∶61)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。结果:甘草酸在0.0768～0.6912μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r为0.9999,平均回收率为98.15%。结论:本法测定附子理中丸(浓缩丸)中甘草酸的含量,结果准确,重复性好。
Objective：To establish the method of HPLC and determine the content the glycyrrhizic acid of Fu, zi LizhongWan （Pills）. Methods： Phenomenex C 18 column, acetonitrile - acetic acid （1 →15） （39：61） as mobile phase; detection wavelength of 254 nm as mobile phase. Results： glycyrrhizic acid in the range of 0.076 8-0.691 2 μg showed good linear relationship,r=0.999 9,and average recovery was 98.15%.Conclusion：The content of glycyrrhizic acid of Fuzi LizhongWan （Pills） can be accurately and repeatedlu determine by HPLC Method.
