耳穴压丸配合中药治疗功能性消化不良118例

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of ErXueYa Pills Combined with Chinese Medicine in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia:A Report of 118 Cases

观察耳穴压丸配合中药治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:采用胃、脾、肝、十二指肠、小肠、交感、神门、耳迷根等耳穴压丸配合疏肝理气,调和脾胃,缓急止痛之中药治疗功能性消化不良患者118例。1剂/d,10天为1个疗程,疗程间间隔1天,最长观察4个疗程。结果:痊愈52例,显效43例,有效18例,无效5例,有效率95.8%。结论:耳穴压丸配合中药治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on ErXueYa（EXY） pills combined with Chinese medicine in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods： 118 patients received EXY pills and Chinese herbal compound with harmonizing spleen and stomach and alleviating pain. EXY pills were applied to some selected ear points such as stomach, spleen, liver, duodenum, small intestine,sympathy, Shenmen,and Ermigen and. Daily potion, 10 days as a course of treatment, interval 1 day every treatment course, the longest observation of four courses of treatment. Results：Among 118 cases, 52 cases were cured,43 cases obviously improved, 18 cases improved and 5 cases had no response,and the total effective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion：EXY pills combined with Chinese medicine have good effect in treating functional dyspepsia.
