卡托普利治疗心力衰竭48例临床观察
摘要
目的：观察卡托普利治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择心力衰竭患者96例患者，随机分为2组，对照组48例，常规给予强心，利尿，扩血管及治疗心衰病因和诱因，治疗组在常规给药基础上应用卡托普利。结果治疗组在心功能改善程度上明显高对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论卡托普利治疗心力衰竭优于常规治疗，值得推广。
