摘要
调查女大学生应对男同学模仿歹徒的45项攻击方式的能力和学习进步情况,综合研究美国女大学生的自卫防身能力。结果显示:美国女大学生在学习自卫防身课之前的自卫防身能力极低,一个学期的学习迅速提高了她们的自卫防身能力,这些自卫防身技术对提高女大学生的自卫防身能力有非常好的效果。研究结果对完善学生的学习和老师的教学具有借鉴意义,为自卫防身课程的设计和指导提供科学的研究依据。
This is a comprehensive study that combined 45 independent studies on self-defense ability of American female college students.The purpose of the study was to investigate the ability of dealing with 45 different physical attacks from imitating male attackers and improvement of the ability after one-semester learning.The results of the study was expected to be used to provide a clear picture of maximum self-defense ability of American female college students,to provide students and instructors feedback for improving their learning and teaching ability,and to provide a solid research background for self-defense curriculum design and instruction.The rsults of the study indicated that American female college students had little self-defense ability and self-confidence on dealing with 45 different attacks from male attackers before they learned self-defense.However,after one-semester learning in a comprehensive self-defense class,their self-defense ability dealing with these attacks and self-confidence significantly improved.These self-defense skills used in the class were very effective at improving self-defense ability of female college students.
