再生障碍性贫血是一种严重危害人类健康的血液病。英国《再生障碍性贫血诊疗指南》及国人实践均提示该病可能与细胞免疫异常有关;诊断上要充分除外其他骨髓衰竭性疾病;治疗上要严格掌握造血干细胞移植的适应证,多数患者宜予免疫抑制并促造血治疗。

Aplastic anemia （AA） is a life-threatening blood disease. The British guideline and Chinese experts＇ experiences indicate that it is related to the abnormality of cellular immunity. Diagnosis by adequate exclusion,strict indication for stem cell transplantation and more immunosuppression plus hematopeietic stimulating therapies should be paid more attention in the treatment of this disease.
