二甲双胍临床应用禁忌证的新思考 被引量：4

New thought of contraindications of metformin

摘要 回顾近年相关权威研究及文献,二甲双胍相关性乳酸酸中毒(LA)罕见。即使二甲双胍用于轻度肾功能不全(血肌酐<200μmol/L)、稳定性心力衰竭的2型糖尿病患者,LA的发生率亦无明显增高。即使发生LA,持续静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)能有效纠正LA,具有较高的安全性。 Related authoritative studies and reference were reviewed. Metformin was safe and effective, and relative LA had hardly happened. Despite it was used in type 2 diabetic patients with mild kidney failure （Serum creatinine 〈200 μmol/L） or stable heart failure,the incidence of LA had not increased statistically. When LA happened lCVVH was an effective therapy to cure acidosis.
