哈尔滨市道外区生态型都市农业发展战略研究

Ecotype Urban Agriculture Developmental Strategy Research for Harbin Daowai District

哈尔滨市道外区农业属于都市型农业,在哈尔滨市的农产品供应和生态环境的改善中占据着重要的地位。文章应用SWOT方法分析了道外区的自然资源优势和社会经济优势,同时分析了道外区发展生态经济的劣势,根据统筹城乡两种资源、优化经济结构、打破城乡二元结构、发展生态产业的发展理念,提出了道外区发展生态型都市农业的总体发展战略,规划了功能分区和产业布局,并提出了具体对策与建议。

The eco-economy which has been developing toward one kind of economic form of human society has been becoming the important component of sustainable development in China. Harbin Daowai District which has the natural resource superiority and the social economy superiority for the ecological economic process, was Harbin′s ＂the back garden＂. Therefore, it was inevitably choice to implement eco-economic development strategy, take the scientific development concept as command, constitute corporate planning, unified manage the resources of city and countryside, break the dual structure of city and countryside, optimize economy structure and develop ecology industry. Based on the general Chinese urban agricultural development principle and its SWOT analysis, this article put forward the developmental strategy,spatial layout and industry layout and countermeasures of ecotype urban agriculture.
