明确麻醉专科护士工作范围的研究

Study on Establishment of Practice Scope for Nurse Anesthetists

目的从理论上明确适用于我国麻醉专科护士的工作范围。方法采用Delphi(德尔菲)法对20名专家进行2轮问卷函询。结果确立了临床实践、管理、教育、科研4个维度具体54项条目;麻醉专科护士工作范围研究所咨询专家的权威系数为0.85。结论专家积极系数显示专家对麻醉专科护士工作范围研究的认可度高,专家权威程度、各条目同意率等显示专家意见相对集中,麻醉专科护士工作范围可信。

Objective To establish a practice scope for nurse anesthetists theoretically.Methods Twenty experts in clinical anesthesia and nursing administration were purposefully selected to participate in a Delphi survey consisting of two rounds.Results The scope of practices for nurse anesthetists consists of 54 items totally in clinical practice,administration,education and research.The specialist authority coefficient was 0.85 for the practice scope for nurse anesthetists.Conclusion The cutive coefficient of the experts showed theie high approval of the study of practice scope for nures anethetist.Besides,the authoritative coefficient and consent rate for all items illustrated that their views on the topic were relatively focused and the practice scope for nurse anesthetist was reliable.
