脑卒中患者早期康复锻练的现状及其影响因素

Investigation on Situation of Early Rehabilitation Therapy and Its Related Factors in Stroke Patients

目的了解脑卒中患者的早期康复锻练现状及其影响因素。方法采用自制的调查量表对60例脑卒中患者进行调查。结果61.67%的脑卒中患者能够坚持进行康复锻炼。回归分析提示,患者能否坚持康复锻炼与患者的疾病恢复状况及自理情况相关。结论脑卒中患者对早期康复锻炼有一定的了解,主要受疾病恢复状况及自理情况的影响。

Objective To study the situation of rehabilitation therapy and its related factors of stroke patients.Methods Sixty stroke patients were surveyed with a self-designed questvonnaire.Results 61.67% stroke patients could take regular rehabilitation exercise and the regression analysis showed that situation of disease,condition of self-care were correlated with the situation of rehabilitative exercise of stroke patients.Conclusion The stroke patients have certain knowledge on the situation of rehabilitation exercise,which is affected by multiple factors such as situation of disease and condition of self-care.
