肘关节“恐怖三联征”术后早期分时康复干预的效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索肘关节"恐怖三联征"术后早期分时康复干预的效果。方法对20例肘关节"恐怖三联征"手术治疗的患者行早期分时康复干预,并进行6个月至5.4年的随访。结果患者骨折愈合,无关节僵硬,肱尺关节骨关节炎等并发症,术后6个月时肘关节伸屈幅度达112°,旋转幅度达138°。HSS评分:优10例,良8例,一般2例。结论手术治疗可恢复肘关节"恐怖三联征"患者的骨性解剖结构,修复关节囊及侧副韧带;术后辅以外固定支架,早期进行分时康复干预,恢复了上肢功能,提高患者生活自理能力,避免了关节僵直等并发症。 Objective To explore the effects of postoperative rehabilitation intervention with early time-sharing on the terrible triad of the elbow.Methods Twenty patients who underwent surgery for the terrible triad of the elbow were treated with postoperative rehabilitation intervention with early time-sharing and follow-uped for 6 months to 5.4 years.Results All the fractures in the patients were healed without the complications of anchylosis and humeroulnar osteoarticular arthritis.The average range of elbow flexion-extension and forearm pronation-supination were 112 degrees and 138 degrees,respectively 6 months after the operation.The outcome scores according to HSS system were excellent in 10 cases,good in 8 and fair in 2.Conclusion Surgery therapy is an effective method to recover the anatomical structure of bones and repair joint capsule and accessory ligament for patients with the terrible triad of the elbow.Postoperative orthopedic external fixation support combined with rehabilitation intervention with early time-sharing can significantly recover upper extremity function,improve the patients' self-caring capability and avoid the complications of anchylosis.
