原发性高血压患者血清sCD40L水平与左心室肥厚的关系 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】探讨原发性高血压患者血清sCD40L水平与左心室肥厚的关系。【方法】将原发性高血压患者200例按不同程度的左心室重量指数分成左心室正常、Ⅰ级肥厚、Ⅱ级肥厚、Ⅲ级肥厚4个组,然后将4个组的血清sCD40E水平进行比较并与对照组对比。【结果】原发性高血压患者血清sCD40L水平显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);左心室肥厚越严重,血清sCD40L水平越高,其中Ⅱ级肥厚组与I级肥厚组比较、Ⅲ级肥厚组与Ⅱ级肥厚组比较差异有显著性(P〈0.05);直线相关分析显示血清sCD40L水平与左室重量指数呈明显正相关性。【结论】原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚与血清sCD40L有关,sCD40L在其发生发展过程中起着重要作用。 [Objective]To investigate the relationship between the level of serum sCD40L and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with primary hypertension. [Methods] Two hundred patients with primary hypertension were divided into four groups(i, e. normal, I grade pachynsis, Ⅱ grade pachynsis and Ⅲ grade paehynsis) according to their different ponderal index of left ventricle. The level of serum sCD40L was compared between four groups and that in four groups was compared with control group. [Results] The serum sCD40L level of patients with primary hypertension was significantly higher than that in controls (P 〈0. 05). The more severity the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy, the higher the level of serum sCD40L. There were significant differences between the result of Ⅱ grade pachynsis group and Ⅰ grade pachynsis group or between the result of Ⅲ grade pachynsis group and Ⅱ grade pachynsis group( P 〈0.05). The rectilinear correlation analysis showed that the serum level of sCD40L was significantly positively correlated with ponderal index of left ventricle. [Conclusion] Left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with primary hypertension is correlated with their serum sCD40L level, and sCD40L plays an important role in the genesis and development of primary hypertension.
