构建江苏沿海开发投融资体系的思路及建议

江苏沿海地区开发自上升为国家战略以来,江苏沿海地区3市面临新的机遇和发展。加快构建沿海开发投融资体系,发挥金融配置资源、促进经济发展的功能,是摆在我们面前亟需解决的现实课题。本文通过研究江苏沿海开发中经济金融发展的现状和问题,对完善发展江苏沿海地区的投融资体系建设提出一系列建议措施。

Since the exploitation of Jiangsu circum-littoral zone ascend to country tactic,the three cities of Jiangsu circumlittoral zone are faced with new opportunity and development. Expediting setting up investment and financing system of Jiangsu circumlittoral exploitation,and exerting function of which finance collocates resource and accelerates economy decelopment,and all of these are praxis problems which we need to solve urgently.The text studies about actuality and problems of the exploitation of Jiangsu circumlittoral zone,and then ,the text bring forward a series of suggestion of consummating and developing about setting up investment and financing system of Jiangsu circumlittoral exploitation.
