摘要
本文以河北省首次高新技术企业创新调查数据为依据,对河北省高新技术企业的人才现状及其影响因素进行了深入的定量分析,并在此基础上,从政府和企业两个角度,提出充分发挥人才作用、促进河北省高新技术企业技术创新能力的对策建议。
Based on the first survey on the ＂technological innovation of high-tech enterprises＂ ,which was carried out by the Science and Technology Agency of HeBei Provence,this paper did a quantitative analysis for the current situation and its factors. And further,mainly from two aspects of the government and enterprises,proposed the suggestion on how to bring the talent into full play in promoting technological innovation capability.
