我国电力行业垄断的经济学分析及市场化改革

China electronic industry monopoly's economy analysis and market reform

电力行业是传统的自然垄断行业,具有自然垄断的一般特征和特点,随着社会经济的发展以及技术进步,其自然垄断属性也在不断的分解,出现了可竞争领域。本文通过电力垄断的经济学分析,对电力行业的垄断效率进行比较,结合我国电力行业市场化改革的推动因素,针对电力行业不具有自然垄断性质的领域提出引入竞争,放松市场准入,对具有自然垄断性质的领域进行有效的政府管制。

China＇s electric power industry is natural monopoly industry and it has all the features and characteristics of natural monopoly. Moreover,with the society economy development and technology progress the feature of natural monopoly is becoming decomposable and areas of competitive arise. In this paper I analyzed the electric power monopoly in economics method ,and compared the monopoly efficiency of electric power industry. Associated with the discussion on the driving factors of market-oriented reform in China＇s electric power industry.,I putted forward that the parts of the electric power industry which do not have the feature of the natural monopoly should become competitive and loosen the market entering,while the parts with the characteristics of natural monopoly should be regulated effectively by the government.
