张家界韩国旅游市场游客特征及偏好研究 被引量:7

摘要 以2009年3、7、9月对来张家界旅游的韩国游客的三次随机抽样调查数据为基础,采用SPSS13.0软件,分析张家界韩国旅游市场游客人口特征、旅游活动特征和行为偏好,提出优化市场结构、完善产品结构和提高服务质量等建议,实现提高韩国游客的满意度,促进张家界韩国旅游市场的可持续发展的目的。 This paper is based on the data of three random sample surveys of the South Korean tourists to Zhangjiajie in March、July and September of 2009,using SPSS13.0 to analyze the characteristics of tourists,tourism activities and their behavior inclination of Korean tourist market in Zhangjiajie ,giving advice on optimizing the market structure and improving product mix together with upgrading the quality of service in order to bring about increased satisfaction with South Korean tourists and the aim of sustainable development of Korean tourism market in Zhangjiajie.
