基于社会稳定角度分析城中村失地农民的市民化——以台州市黄岩区柔桥村为例

Analysis village lost land farmer's urbanization basing on social stability——take Taizhou city huangyan district youqiao village as example

在城市化进程中"城中村"失地农民是城市社会中不可忽视的一个群体,他们在向城市市民转化的过程中,一方面,依靠房租有较高的经济收入;另一方面,又在思想观念、生活方式、行为习惯上保留着明显的农民特征。如果在这个进程中不能进行科学的引导并制定出合理政策,必将对社会稳定造成一定影响。本文以台州市黄岩区柔桥村为例,从社会稳定角度对该村村民市民化进程中存在的问题与产生问题的原因进行分析,并就如何既保持和维护社会稳定又能实现由村民向市民的转化提出对策。

In the course of China＇s urbanization,the villagers losed their land is being special peasant groups. On the one hand,they have high income depending on the rent;on the other hand,because of long living in rural areas,many farmers preserve a good many peasant＇ s characteristics including thinking,behavior,life style and so forth.If our government can＇t formulate a seientific policy in the process,it will influence the social stable. Rouiao village in Huangyan Distrst of Taizhou is an example in this thesis.This thesis analyses its＇ present problems and the reason ofthose problems from the angle of the social stable. At the end of this thesis the author adduces how to safeguard the social stable in the course of residentialization of villagers in the urban villages.
