融入北部湾经济区是梧州避免边缘化的现实要求。在北部湾经济区开放开发不可逆转的态势下,以西江为依托积极推进广西沿江经济、沿海经济融合互动发展,成为梧州主动融入北部湾经济区的比较优势路径。为此,梧州首先应该积极开展广西"江海联动"的理论研究,其次应该努力推动建立广西"江海联动"的协作机制,最后创新产业结构调整思路,大力发展北部湾经济区的配套产业。

The opening up and developing trend of Beibu Gulf economic zone is an irreversible. Comparative Advantageous route selection of Wuzhou City actively integrated into the Beibu Gulf economic zone is that Wuzhou City should actively pro-mote economic development alongside Xijiang Riyer and coastal economic development of Guangxi interactive integration. Firstly,theoretical researchs of ＂Integrated Development of the Xijiang River and South China Sea＂ should be active. Secondly,Wuzhou City should make efforts to promote the establishment of coordination mechanism about ＂Integrated Development of the Xijiang River and South China Sea＂. At last,Wuzhou City should innovate the ideas of developing industries and vigorously develop supporting industries of the Beibu Gulf economic zone.
